After you Define the Web Site, we can proceed to the second step, Designing the Web Site. This involves translating the web site abstract into a practical description of the site. This three-part process involves:

Designing the site structure - how the site will look
Designing the navigational features - How the visitor will move around the site
The visual design - The color scheme, fonts, etc.

These steps will provide a blueprint of the site, providing a plan for the succeeding steps. After this design has been agreed upon, we can proceed to the next step, Creating the Templates.
